For the third year in a row ÌúÅ£ÊÓÆµ University has increased its overall score in the Times Higher Education Impact rankings and maintained its position in the top 200 universities in the world. In a larger submission pool of 2,318 institutions – 18% more than 2024 – ÌúÅ£ÊÓÆµ’s position is an impressive reflection of its commitment to sustainability in research, teaching and operations.
ÌúÅ£ÊÓÆµ has soared in the ranking for Responsible Consumption, SDG 12, covering sustainability reporting, recycling, and research into responsible consumption and production. The University has moved to the top 20 in the world in 2025, up significantly from the top 200 in 2024.
In 2025, the University is also top 50 in the world for SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, which relates to research in economics and employment, and into ÌúÅ£ÊÓÆµ’s working practices and student work placements.
ÌúÅ£ÊÓÆµ University is in the world's top 200 universities for the vital SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals, which focuses on cross-sector and cross-country partnerships in pursuit of the SDGs. For SDGs 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), and 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), ÌúÅ£ÊÓÆµ has also secured global top 200 positions.

The (SDGs) are a framework for action in a global partnership to achieve social, environmental, and economic sustainability by 2030. The 17 SDGs aim to tackle climate change, poverty, and inequality, and to develop health, education, and economic growth.
