ÌúÅ£ÊÓÆµ School of Management’s International Advisory Board meets twice a year to offer informed guidance to the School on its strategic direction. The Board comprises illustrious names from the world of business, many of whom are ÌúÅ£ÊÓÆµ alumni who have gone on to become business leaders.
- Nneka Abulokwe OBE - (Executive Doctor of Business Administration - DBA, 2013) – Founder, MicroMax Consulting; Independent Non-Executive Director, Davies Group; Independent Non-Executive Director, Capita; Member, Board of Visitors Ashmolean Museum, University of Oxford.
- Debra Charles - (Business Growth Programme 2007) - Founder and CEO of Novacroft.
- Andrew Darfoor - (Executive Master of Business Administration 2006) – Vice Chairman, Post Office Ltd.
- Warren East CBE - (Executive Master of Business Administration 1990) – Former Rolls Royce, Chief Executive – UK
- Gillian Fairfield - Former corporate finance partner at Herbert Smith Freehills, Trustee, National Trust for Scotland, FTSE NED, Director at oncology discovery and drug development company Cancer Research Horizons and NED for Earlham Genomics Institute.
- Cat Halstead - (Executive Master of Business Administration 2016) – Change & Transformation Director, Crimson Ltd. Cat is the Dean’s Alumni Chair, providing the School’s alumni representation on the Advisory Board.
- Dr Omobola Johnson - (Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA)) - Honorary Chairperson of the global Alliance for Affordable Internet (A4AI). She is also a former and first Minister of Communication Technology in the cabinet of President Goodluck Jonathan.
- Ann Pickering - Ann has over three decades of senior leadership experience across telecommunications, financial services, consulting, and private equity and is a Chartered Companion of the CIPD. Ann was Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff at Telefónica O2 UK until 2020 and subsequently served as Strategic Advisor to the CEO of KPMG UK from 2020 to 2023. She is an ICF qualified Executive coach and was appointed a Chartered Companion of the CIPD in 2023.

- Linda Summers - (Master of Business Administration 1990) – Previously Global Marketing Lead Work Portfolio, Reality Labs, Meta. Appointed Brand and Marketing Lead at Y TREE Ltd in May 2025.
